What We Know About Salesmate So Far

Based on Salesmate’s own documentation and API2Cart’s discovery process — not a promise of a release date.

API & Integration. Salesmate exposes a REST API (750+ endpoints) authenticated either with a static access token plus a required x-linkname header identifying the tenant's subdomain, or via an OAuth 2.0 authorization-code flow against api.salesmate.io/oauth/token. There is no dedicated webhook-subscription endpoint; outbound event notifications are instead configured through Salesmate's workflow automation ('API Call/Webhook' action) rather than a first-class webhooks API. Rate limits are enforced to prevent abuse, but specific thresholds are not published in the developer docs.

Salesmate integration is not live yet. API coverage, authentication, supported entities, write operations, webhooks, limits, and release timing remain subject to technical discovery and customer demand.

Background. No verified product-launch year is included for Salesmate; the linked first-party sources define the current product.

For this platform, the strongest potential fit is customer and order context inside deal workflows. A unified approach could also trigger tasks when commerce activity changes and improve handoffs between acquisition and account management. These are planning scenarios, not a statement that the integration or any specific API method is currently available.

The proposed value is not a generic data copy. It is a controlled workflow in which teams can customer and order context inside deal workflows, then use that context to trigger tasks when commerce activity changes and improve handoffs between acquisition and account management. Before scheduling development, API2Cart would verify authentication flows, available CRM objects, update semantics, quotas, and event delivery. Where a platform exposes incomplete signals, the planned page would describe that limitation instead of implying unsupported coverage.

Validation angle. Discovery should cover contacts, companies, deals, activities, pipelines, custom modules, owner assignment, OAuth scopes, API limits, webhooks, and conflict rules for workflows that can update the same customer from sales and commerce systems.

Roadmap evaluation considers API maturity, addressable customer demand, commerce relevance, authentication and rate-limit constraints, maintenance cost, and overlap with existing integrations. Listing a platform here records demand and exploration; it does not promise a release date.
