What API2Cart Is Evaluating for Gravity Software Integration
Candidate data flow
Store activity aligned with customer and financial management processes. The final entity and method list will be based on verified vendor API capabilities rather than assumptions.
Operational outcome
The intended workflow is to retain company, dimension, inventory, and currency configuration. Record ownership and idempotency would be defined before write operations are enabled.
Accounting safeguards
The connector would need to connect commerce operations with controlled finance workflows. Orders, invoices, payments, refunds, settlements, and journal entries would not be treated as interchangeable records.

What We Know About Gravity Software So Far
Based on Gravity Software’s own documentation and API2Cart’s discovery process — not a promise of a release date.
API & Integration. Gravity Software is built natively on the Microsoft Power Platform rather than as a standalone hosted app, so integration runs through the underlying Dataverse Web API -- a stable OData v4 REST service secured with Azure AD/OAuth 2.0 -- the same surface used by Power Automate and Power BI connectors. No Gravity-specific REST endpoints or documentation beyond the standard Dataverse API were found.
Is this integration live yet? No. Gravity Software integration is not live yet. Authentication, entities, fields, write operations, webhooks, limits, regional availability, and release timing remain subject to technical discovery and customer demand.
What’s the integration challenge? Engineering discovery must confirm Dataverse interfaces, licensing, security roles, and available business events. Unsupported objects or operations would remain outside the published scope.
How is a release decided? Roadmap evaluation includes API maturity, sandbox access, accounting correctness, customer demand, maintenance cost, data residency, rate limits, and overlap with existing connectors. The page records an integration candidate; it does not promise a release date.
Technical validation. Engineering discovery must confirm Dataverse interfaces, licensing, security roles, and available business events. Unsupported objects or operations would remain outside the published scope.
