What API2Cart Is Evaluating for Acumatica Cloud ERP Integration
Candidate data flow
Store transactions associated with customers, inventory, orders, and finance. The final entity and method list will be based on verified vendor API capabilities rather than assumptions.
Operational outcome
The intended workflow is to preserve branch, warehouse, and company context across connected stores. Record ownership and idempotency would be defined before write operations are enabled.
Accounting safeguards
The connector would need to support reliable backfills plus incremental updates for operational records. Orders, invoices, payments, refunds, settlements, and journal entries would not be treated as interchangeable records.

What We Know About Acumatica Cloud ERP So Far
Based on Acumatica Cloud ERP’s own documentation and API2Cart’s discovery process — not a promise of a release date.
API & Integration. Acumatica's contract-based REST API is the recommended integration surface, replacing the older screen-based SOAP API; because it exposes stable business-logic contracts rather than raw screen fields, form customizations and upgrades are less likely to break existing integrations. It supports OAuth 2.0 (authorization code, password, or client-credentials grants) as well as cookie-based login, while a separate OData v3 endpoint (basic auth) is available for read-only reporting. API contracts are versioned per endpoint, and trial/sandbox cloud instances are available for testing before production connection.
Is this integration live yet? No. Acumatica Cloud ERP integration is not live yet. Authentication, entities, fields, write operations, webhooks, limits, regional availability, and release timing remain subject to technical discovery and customer demand.
Verified vendor documentation Acumatica documents contract-based REST endpoints, contracts, entities, fields, actions, and endpoint extensions. Version, OAuth or OIDC setup, tenant, and customized endpoint schema must be confirmed. Read the official Acumatica REST API configuration.
What’s the integration challenge? Engineering discovery must validate endpoint versions, contract-based APIs, authentication, and concurrency limits. Unsupported objects or operations would remain outside the published scope.
How is a release decided? Roadmap evaluation includes API maturity, sandbox access, accounting correctness, customer demand, maintenance cost, data residency, rate limits, and overlap with existing connectors. The page records an integration candidate; it does not promise a release date.
Technical validation. Engineering discovery must validate endpoint versions, contract-based APIs, authentication, and concurrency limits. Unsupported objects or operations would remain outside the published scope.
